*** As of 12/2/14, Cradlepoint requires a CradleCare or ECM license to access firmware upgrades. ***

ECM requires a license for each of your routers.

If you need to buy licenses for additional routers besides the ones you are purchasing today, simply adjust the quantity of licenses in your shopping cart and include a list of your routers' serial numbers in your order notes so we can add them to your ECM account.

There is a setup fee of $10 for all warranty/license items (you will see this fee in your cart at checkout). If you are purchasing multiple warranties/licenses, you will only be charged the fee ONCE, and if you order more than 5, this fee is WAIVED.
